OEM Spring Rates and Interchangeability?

I will be adding some Koni special active shocks and thought about adding some slightly stiffer springs while I have everything apart. Does anyone know the difference in rates between the 3/428 non sport and 4/335 OEM springs? I cannot seem to find this information anywhere.

Also, are the xdrive and rwd springs interchangeable? I would assume the xdrive ones are longer/taller, correct?

I would like to tune my suspension and stiffen it slightly while keeping all of the comfort. I put about 20k miles per year on the car as a daily driver (much of that in the snow) but am getting very tired of the suspension floating around every turn.

Thanks!
