Straight numbers on $47k MSRP discounted to $44k and another $5k down from the Prius comes out to about $430/mo after tax on a 3yr/10k mile lease. But that's not accurate beccause you have all your due as signing to come out of your Prius money (lets say 2k), which puts you at almost $500/mo.

If I do 47k MSRP discounted to 44k than add 3k lease credit, plus your $5k from Prisu where 2k goes to due at signing and $3k is cap cost reduction then I'm just under $400/mo. So I'm guessing this was closer to your scenario.

You could post the #'s off your paperwork if you really want to know what's up, but it doesn't really matter at this point, you signed.

New member, 1st BMW. Coming from an Audi A7---love this 440i GC. Feel like I did pretty well on the deal.

2019 440i GC $59,965 MSRP

Discount off MSRP ------$4,920
Rebates and incentives--$3,250 ($2,000 APR cash from BMW and Costco $1,250)
**Dealer wanted to give the $2,000 cash and raise APR from 2.25 to 3.25--Got both the 2.25% and $2000 off
$799 Dlr fee---couldn't get them to budge since I was "getting such a great deal"
+ Tax (6%) and Tag transfer ~$250
$500 coming from BMWCCA

OTD. Right around $56,000

Discount is a little over 8% which isnt too bad. What the hell is 799 for a dealer fee? Kind of negates some of the dealer discount. I thought BMWFS APR is 4.15% this month

South Florida man, $799 is cheaper than most. Other dealer had over MSRP adjustment too.

Bought it the 31st. 2.25%

All Florida. So far $725 is cheapest I've seen anywhere in FL from a German car dealer. I forgot what dealer fee was when I got my wife's Ford Flex 4 years ago, but I seem to be remembering $500+

I just got these 2 quotes, both 2018, a 440i and a 340i:

10k miles per year lease X 36 months with 2k down

2018 BMW 440i coupe.
MSRP: $64,145
Sale price: $57,280 ($2500 below invoice)
3k lease credit + 1k college grad + $1500 BMW loyalty = $594 plus tax = $651
56% residual .00166 MF

Stock # 384548 2018 BMW 340i
MSRP: $62,190
Sale price: $56,730 ($1800 below invoice)
3k lease credit + 1k college grad + 1k BMW loyalty = $554 plus tax = $607
61% residual .00166 MF

A few things I noticed. While I understand these aren't terrible deals, something isn't adding up. Am I crazy or, 1k loyalty + 1k grad + 3k lease cash = 5k in INCENTIVES?? So if they're selling the car for $5460 below sticker (340i), isn't that only a $460 dealer discount?

With the fact that the 340i is going to be replaced imminently, I feel that it warrants a 4-5k dealer discount alongside incentives no?

/rant

(ps isn't the 440i's residual supposed to be 57%?)

If those sales prices are before incentives then these are terrible deals. A 3 and 4 series should be easy to get around 10% off MSRP before incentives. Dont worry about how much below invoice that really means nothing.

Also you need to include how much cash up front. Is it just first month and dmv...taxes... cap cost reduction?

Sorry I just copy and pasted the quote, but this is with 2k DAS, don't have a breakdown of what makes it up though. And ya that's exactly what I was thinking in regards to discount!

Its more than likely 1st, DMV and Bank Fee.. probably some tax from the rebate in there too.

Enter the numbers in on a lease calculator and see what you come up with....or enter in a "deal" on the calculator that you recieved from another place on a car with similiar MSRP and use that to counter. This way you have the math all figured out and talk just numbers.
