F32 headlight replacement

So ive got a 2015 435i xenon headlight assembly that got cracked from road debris.

Does anyone on here know of a decent non oem replacement that doesnt cost $1k? I checked ebay and the headlights on there are used and have broken clips or knock offs with quite high price tags.

I know they are xenon I dont believe its adaptive headlights thats when they move when you turn right? I do know there are 3 different models of headlights that I could find. Possibly more? Halogen, Xenon and adaptive. But other than that im kind of clueless.

File an insurance claim, that's why you have insurance.

Why would I file an insurance claim on a $1k product when my deductible is 1k? Just to make my rates go up. Also I did talk to my insurance they arent going to put genuine OEM stuff on the car if they can find non genuine for cheaper. But thats neither here nor there.

the question still remains. But thanks for your feedback I guess.

Your rates don't go up when it's not your fault. The least expensive replacement option will be a junkyard. You won't have to go picking yourself, junkyards today have computerized inventory sharing across the country.

Havnet junkyarded in some time. At least 10 years. Thanks for that info thats probably the route I want to go.

This car really needs aftermarket headlights and taillights. A complete blacked out housing would look great on these cars.

While you might find someone selling their lights in the classified section here, you can also check http://www.car-part.com/

It would have helped if you had mentioned your deductible in the first place...

John you are a lifesaver! This site http://www.car-part.com/ is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for! All the stars for you.

Im very hesitant about buying from others in classified section I got ripped off twice on my last car buying parts from individual sellers. So im overly cautious.

To the others I havent exactly been treated nice since I recently joined these forums so excuse me for being defensive. I know its not bills fault and I went a little overboard. Thats my bad.

Being on here for a while now I see that some posters just get in everyones shit just to do it. And its only a small handfull. So it shouldnt reflect the whole forums.
