H&r springs and stock shocks

Hey guys,

Quick question. So im planning on working on my suspension next and i was wondering...im at 50k...will my stock shocks be able to handle the lowering springs at that mileage? Or do you think it would be a better option for me to go coils? The coils plus install is almost double the cost...

Thanks in advance

Coils is always the better option ... That being said most of our customers get H&R spring with stock shocks and they are running this setup with no issues

Yeah h&r springs were my original option but since i have a lot of miles, im thinking otherwise. Might need to invest in some coils. Thanks for your input!

bilstein b14 (pss) is probably the most reasonably priced quality coilover for your needs.
