405M Wheel Setup
Hey i'm fairly new to the forums and don't know much about wheels/tires, my RWD F32 came with 405m and 255/30s all around. Am I good to run that? Should I get a smaller front?

I ran those same wheels on my 2013 F30 for about 1.5yrs and my tire setup was 245/35/20 fronts and 255/35/20 Rears and had no problems. I also ran 15mm spacers in the rear and 10mm up front for a better stance. The 405m wheels come in high offsets so they sit inside the wheel well.

I don't think the 405M are made to fit the F32, like Infamous039 mentioned they will sit fairly deep in the wheel well for the F32 roughly 8mm on the front and 5mm on the back. Also, If your 405M wheels are 20 inch than your front tires should be 225/35R20 while the back 255/30R20 if want to get a better visual on the fitting have a look at this website https://www.bmwstylerims.com/bmw-wheel-style-405/ hope it helps.

255/35/20 is 27" diameter (compared to 26" oem) and believe it will badly rub the fender liner at the front (and depending on the offset the spring perch possibly too).

It hasn't rubbed in the 5 months i've had it with these wheels, maybe very slightly at full wheel lock. Thanks for the opinions/help i'll end up trying some different tire sizes eventually and see how that goes
