‘16 340ix infotainment resetting frequently

Just started to happen. No real pattern. Happens soon after starting more than not. Any ideas? Is it a full reboot No errors anywhere else or warnings after reboot finishes. It has the hk sound.

Thanks!

Haven't done anything to it. It's worked fine for more than a year. It just started to do it recently.

Happens to my 2018 440i Gran Coupe and a friend's 2018 X5 M. iDrive will just reset/reboot with no ill effects.

My '16 340 did the same thing last winter. Took it to the dealer... they reset iDrive/bluetooth adapter which cleared the bluetooth paired devices. Re-paired and no problems since.
