The exhaust has been used on my 2016 328i N20 for approximately 1.5 year, under 15k miles
no damage, a little dirty, fully functional
i returned the car to stock and turned it in

please check the part number
part number 18302293771

does NOT have the exhaust clamp
the MPE was welded and then cut out
nothing on the exhaust was modified (still has resonators)

for reference, i spent $60 to have it welded at a shop in LA

i paid $60 at a shop in LA to cut and weld when i returned the car to stock
