It is the Application ID and Upgrade Index for Europe MOVE 2016 Map, and it is all you need to know to generate FSC Code with FSC Generator Command Line.

So of I understand it correctly I use these settings with Esys. Than I create
XXXX .fsc with Esys. Use base64 and than I need to use the file in the Bmw cic nbt generator to generate the fsc code. But in the generator I can't choose Europe move 2016-1

No. This has nothing to do with E-Sys. With E-Sys you retrieve your 1B file. Then you feed Base 64 Decoded 1B File to FSC Generator using Command Line parameters 0x88 0x66 to generate FSC Code. You are using the Wrapper / GUI with an outdated Lookup.xml file, which is why you do not see it, but yo do not need any of this if you just run fsc.exe from the Command Line (MS-Dos).

Got it working. Can you maybe explain me how you got the 0x88 0x66 parameters? Because in the future for new maps I don't have to bother you.

But, you don't need the "SgbmId id=". All you need to do is copy older Europe NEXT data into a new one and change only the following:

"SWID_FscShort="00A90008"

FSC Generator does not consider any other fields in the record.

turn off your AV, it's false positive, many AV report false... Same in this case, cause there is modified and not signed tools, and AV see it like potential virus or malware... So, turn off your AV, and then start download and using, there is no viruses!

Sorry everyone, Google is also reporting that the BMW_CIC_NBT_FSC_Generator.zip file contains a virus, so I have had to remove it. Site is being blacklisted for it
