Good luck with that.

BMW_E-Sys_3.18.4_47.5 is way too old for a 2013 car.

You most likely will need 49.4 PSdZData, which also means you will need E-Sys 3.22.5 and Patch / Token.

Does anyone know if the dealers are using anything higher than 49.4 now? I'm taking my car in for service for two recalls in August and I'm worried that I won't be able to code my car again with 49.4.

Maybe...50.0 was pushed out, at least to some dealers, but it had problems, so the ones I talked to are still using 49.4, and waiting for 50.2, which is due next week.

I would wait until your dealer has 50.2, and then get it programmed. Don't worry about 50.2 PSdZData. I will have it the same day or next after it is pushed out.

You do not need to restore it from original read .ncd file.

Just VO Code the ECU with original FA (VO), and it will be reset.

Connect => Read FA (VO) => Activate FA (VO) => Read SVT (VCM) => Right-Click on ECU (the ECU itself not the underlying CAFD) => Select CODE.
