Rear shocks / ball joints replaced numerous times.
Hey,
So I recently had the rear shock absorbers replaced (approx. 86,000 km). I then obtained the service records on my vehicle (I purchased it with approx. 69,000 km) and found out that the rear shock absorbers had been replaced at 11,500 km, and the mounts for the rear struts/shock absorbers were replaced at 32,500 km. Also, the vehicle had the ball joins in bottom steering knuckles/wheel carriers replaced at both 11,000 km and at 69,500 km (the latter when I was owner). These repairs seem excessive for a vehicle with such low mileage. Is this a common thing? Thanks. |

I would not say that's common... no.
The previous owner probably took it off roading a few times, no big deal |
