WOW that drop looks perfect. Looks a lot lower then all the other xdrive's lowered on Dinan.

I'm swaying more to them now if they lower it that much since I can retain my adaptive shocks.

Where did you get it installed? I'm from Vancouver too ^^

No. That doesn't bother me at all.

I'd be curious if another M Performance Edition car had the same trouble.
I am on Sport Mode all the time and I don't have complain on the ride after the lowering so no, no plans to get the Shockware.

Performance One in Richmond installed that for me. You mentioned my 335 looks a lot lower then other xdrive you saw. I can tell you I used to have a 14 335i xdrive same stock suspension but it is at least 1 to 1.5cm lower. I can't explain why but this thing happens.

Looks fantastic! Great photos. Love the wheels and color combo. The M Performance parts really make the F30 stunning.

Nice ride 327Cayman!

I have a 2015 M Performance Edition stage 2 but suzuka grey colour. I love the drop on your car. Because you bought the Dinan spring set and Supplemental Ride Quality & Handling Kit, is your BMW warranty still valid? I was told by the dealership that all performance mods will void your warranty if something goes wrong but I heard from a friend that Dinan parts are covered under BMW warranty.

Do you find yourself scratching the front lip or side skirt going over speed bumps and hills? My wife drives my car from time to time and I am worried that if I lower the car she will severely damage the front lip or under carriage of the car. LOL

You said you got Performance One to do the install, did you purchase the Dinan parts through them as well? If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for the Dinan parts and install? You can PM if you don't want to post the cost on the board.

Thanks

Performance One is owned by AutoWest BMW and is authorized dealer of Dinan's product. They will stand behind any warranty issue. That's why I choose to have them to do the lowering.

I don't find myself scratching the front lip much more than before the lowering. It is kind of inevitable anyway. Good thing is the front splitter is not a very expensive item to replace. I never find myself scratching the side skirt though.

I purchased the parts through getbmwparts.com and Jason is very helpful and responsive. You can check the price from their website. I will PM you the cost for the install.

Looks awesome! Great pics and car.

Lots of Vancouver peeps in here.

Your setup does look much lower than other xDrive F30's I've seen in pics lowered on Dinan springs... could the spacers really make that much of a visual diff, even in pics?

I know 2 guys that worked at Brian Jessel and a friend who's currently a jr mechanic at AutoWest say that Dinan parts, if installed at a dealer or a place like Performance One (ie. owned by a dealer) will not void warranty. Also, they all say that, within reason, the dealers won't screw you on, eg., an engine warranty issue if you've got an aftermarket suspension (unless it's something like the engine mounts you're trying to warranty). My warranty's up at the end of this year, so anything goes! haha.

Speaking of your front lip and rear splitters, was that done by BMW?

Hi your car looks amazing!

Been researching about lowering my XDrive as well and you did it perfectly. Can you please PM me as well on how much an install like this would be?

Mine came with the front and rear bumper, but not the front spoiler nor the rear diffuser.

Yours probably has the M Sport Package but not the M Performance Package. Those M Performance parts can be added easily by any body shop though. That's what I did on my 2014 335i which has the M Sport Package only.

What else does the M Performance Package come with? I have the Track Handling Package with the M Brakes, extra radiators and adaptive suspension.
