Sooooo looking ahead we are firming up for next Tuesday on the the same type of Dyno but at a different shop and Alex will be present to oversee car mode etc..

Overall it was good to visit EAS, had fun, dyno for the first time, live broadcast for the first time - and the car is of course strong as always just need to make sure next time the car and the dyno play nice together :-)

Roller Mode

I went to get a Dyno done after flashing, and this happened, with an HP of roughly 200ish, spoke with Alex about it, and he told me it must be put in roller mode and that the Dyno operator should have know this. Went back a couple days later, put it in roller mode, all was well

I did my dyno at EAS and it did not go into limp mode or any sort of drivetrain malfunction hopefully next session you guys can get it squared away.

Posted in the MP thread back when I ran it, .... mustang Dyno, so figure roughly 10%-15% higher if it had run on a Dyno Jet

I'm going to drop out of this thread and start a new one for our next dyno day, I don't want this to turn into a novel and after 4 pages it's getting a bit thick. We did what we said we would for this round and we'll see what the next one brings, live, like today no bullshit, is what it is

Upcoming is same dyno different shop, live again, and stats to post if we get them HA

If you're local - get out from behind your keyboard and join us (if your job permits you to do so during the week, if not totally understand-I was there at one point in my life too). Even if you have positioned yourself as an antagonist on this thread and you are local, all good, come hang out. I've never met a douche bag BMW owner face to face in my 34 years of ownership (at thermal, at autoX, in North Carolina, at at BCCA event, on the road etc...) but found plenty on line (that I ignore).

Point is hang out with us if you want in person or on the live cast - or politely move on.

For those of you local to OC SoCal we will be at a shop at Beach Blvd and the 22 tentatively planned for next Tuesday at 10:30 - I'll post up specifics once we are confirmed
