"1C0102 - Oil-pressure control: Pressure too low" without CEL !?
I routinely scanned for DME active fault codes with MHD yesterday and was stunned to find:
"1C0102 - Oil-pressure control: Pressure too low" This is the first ever fault code I see from the DME. There were no others and there was no CEL or other driver annunciation! Just the fault code in the memory. I erased it and so far it has not come back. Anyone had that!? Couple of days before that, I scanned all modules for faults with BimmerLink.... I do have my suspicions in it and it triggering some mysterious fault memory records, based on previous experience, but that's a conspiracy theory until proven. I found this, which explains the situation spot-on, but it is for the B46 and software version which is older than mine: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...35026-9999.pdf

No… It never came back, fortunately. At least for now.
The car was started at about -10 deg or lower when the error must have been recorded (why is there no date and time stamp!??), I wonder if that may have something to do with it… Not an extreme cold temperature but still cold.
