4 Series Order Price?

Before I go in to the dealer wanted to ask if this is a good deal. I do not trust the sales manager after he said " I can't give you the invoice price until you order the car and its in the system"?? I thiink thats bull, anyways I got an offer for $750 over invoice, but the invoice price the manager has is $500 more than what I calculate off edmunds and KBB. Could this be factual? Also is it pretty acurate by taking 7% off of MSRP is Invoice? Third thing, White of Silver?
Thanks guys for your help!

MY MSRP was $60,375 and the selling price was $56,464. Then got $500 off for loyalty. I got the invoice price after it was ordered, the invoice price was $55,949.
So about 7% off.
I seem to be one of the few that got this much off the vehicle though. $500 over invoice for a 435i is pretty good.

This selling price also included all MACO and training fees.
Upfront cost,

first months payment
$299 dealer doc fee (this varies for each dealer)
$725 assignment fee. (bank fee)

What did you get on price, if you dont mind me asking from United? Also did you have a $599 doc fee?

I'm not 100% sure on the doc fee..but I dont believe so-- I got $500 over invoice-- so about 6-7% off "build price/MSRP"

Edmunds invoice price does not include the MACO and training fees which probably account for the $500 difference.
