The front rotors will but the rear won't because the parking brake hub is smaller.

This also won't fit any xdrive car (328/330 included) since they use the larger parking brake hub as well

Know nothing about brakes, but do cook my brakes hard on canyon runs, they usually fade quick. (I have the base 428i brakes) how would these work as an upgrade? Should I be getting anything else?

You would also need the M performance calipers. 4 piston front and 2 piston rear.
