Overhanging Spoiler- has anyone seen one?

Hello friends,

I'm interested to see what a spoiler that overhangs on the sides, right to the body line that extends the length of the car is, would look like. My thinking is that this would help make the F30 rear end look a little wider and not as tall as the spoilers that stop at the trunk line tend to do. The best example of what I'm talking about I can find is actually on the charger Hellcat. The spoiler (i guess sort of a wing) hugs the body and extends past the trunk line all the way to the same body line I'm referring to on the F30.

Before someone says something silly like "why would you want a bimmer to look like a Hellcat?!?!" Calm down, I don't, its an example I would however like the back of my car to not look like Eugine Levy's Eyebrows (it's worth a google) as my "M4" spoiler currently does

After some extensive Google searching, this is the only one I've seen unless you go with a full on GT style wing.

Personally, I don't think it flows with the design and looks a bit "ricey". But to each their own.

Wow, thats impressive that you found something. But yes, i agree that it doesnt seem to go. I think if it hugged more like a spoiler it would have potential. Thanks again!

Hmmm I thought you were looking for one that hangs on the edge rather than a bit forward of the trunk. Mine for reference. Excuse the dirtiness, we have what's called brown rain out here and it rained before work today.

I see the confusion, based om how i worded my question Yes, I actually have one very similar. I like the look of these much more than the ones that sit higher on the trunk. I think it might be a really good look if someone designed one ( could even be multiple pieces) that extends wider past the trunk line. Other than the one in the reply above. That thing is gross (sorry if anyone actually has that on their car)
