I need your opinions and help with this setup. This is my first time dealing with something other than an oem setup and I'm super stoked!

Virtini RF 1.2

19x8.5 et 31
19x9.5 et 43

I need help with tire sizes. I'd like for the wheels to be flush with the fender. I'm getting rid of these run flats and going with a high performance all season tire

nice choice, been waiting for someone to rock these. unfortunately, i don't like the fact you're going all seasons because no ultra high performance all seasons exist in 235/40/19, 265/35/19, which is the perfect size combination for your widths and offsets.

so, if you're going to lower your car, 245/35/19, 285/30/19, michelin pilot sport a/s3+ or continental extremecontact dws06.

if you are not lowering your car 245/40/19, 275/35/19 michelin ps a/s 3+, conti ec dws06, pirelli pzero as+ or cooper rs3-g1.

however, due to the height of the front 245/40/19 (26.7") and +31 offset, there is a remote possibility the outer shoulder of the front tire may rub the fenderwell liner while turning full-lock. for some reason F36 x-drives have less room up front than the rest of the F3/4 lineup.

Thank you for your very detailed response!!! The car has been slightly lowered with Bilstein B8's and eibach prokit springs. The wheels arrive in about two weeks and I look forward to putting the new kicks on the car.

I know there is something related to having xDrives having a parameter that needs to be within one percent of spec, do you know what that is? Also how come the tire size changes if the car is lowered? Is this to prevent rubbing?

to avoid problems with the x-drive transfer case, front and rear tire diameters on x-drives should be as equal as possible. 1% is generally regarded as the upper limit difference, although there have been reports of 1.2%. equal diameters or 0% difference is best.

245/35/19 & 285/30/19, 25.8"/25.7", 0.4% difference. it's slightly smaller than oem 26" diameter and will create a bigger wheel gap. if you are not lowered the unsightly x-drive gap will be increased. i don't care for a 40mm tire width stagger and 285 (max width on 9.5") is going to bulge a little. but it is this or the option below.

245/40/19 & 275/35/19, 26.7"/26.6", 0.4%. taller than oem 26" so it will reduce wheel gap. taller tire sidewalls provide better ride and impact protection but being taller (pavement gearing) and heavier (weight at the outermost) also affects acceleration (though it may be imperceptible) and will turn in sloppier than something shorter. the "beefy" look also makes the rim look smaller.

EDIT, sorry, one more option. 245/35/19, 255/35/19, 25.8"/26.0", less than 0.8%. a little bigger diameter difference. the rear will be more tucked because it is narrower and is a tiny stretch on 9.5" wide wheel. mps a/s 3+ or conti ec dws06.
based on performance, looks, and price i'd probably do this option. if you run 255 and change the custom offset to +39 it'd be right there on the look.

mps a/s 3+ will be best overall, however the conti ec dws06 is lighter and perform better in light snow.

alohasurftoad pretty much gave you all info needed.

Another to consider is 235/35 and 275/30, which have identical diameter but have a little less rubber than factory.

Or since it is a X Drive , i would consider a square setup , 19x9 , 245/35 or 255/35 all around

I've considered a square setup for sure, I'd probably just add spacers in the rear. Not 100% sure yet
