Yes so testing before dispatch is a biggy, because we don't want to get bumpers off etc to find something doesn't work.
When they are in stock & tested, can they be collected in person?
Will they be offering bulb options? Halogen/HID/LED? If we are fitting our own HID/LED option bulbs will they require a fitting clip? (seen this mentioned in the USR thread on these)
Lastly payment, will they want deposits to secure? or payment in full (with discount code supplied for the website or something?) Or payment on collection if that's an option

Think they are the same H7, but people over in the USR thread are saying you need a clip like the following to fix the bulbs in place.

I think the headlights come bare, with only LED bulbs installed for the rings.

You will need:

Low Beam: 2x H7 halogen bulbs or H7 Canbus HID kit (5000k recommended)
High Beam: 2x H7 halogen bulbs
Indicators: Use from your orginal headlights, 2x halogen PY21W bulbs

If fitting HIDs, most likely we will need the little metal clips as shown above which have a gap in them to let the wires through.

You are quite right.

However, in my opinion for these headlights to look their very best and most oem, they need a 5000k HID kit

These headlights are exclusive for the UK, and are in limited quantities.

Not only will these really improve the look of your car, but coupled with a HID kit, will vastly improve the safety of your night time driving.

The light output, colour, cutoff line etc vary based on quality of projectors and ballasts. Two cars fitted with exactly the same 5000k HID bulbs will produce different colour if the quality and power of ballasts are different. Mini H1 clear lenses are pretty good and they need no mod for H7 housings.
