how long did it take you to get your account verified? i have a couple of people interested in the lights but are not receiving the verification emails?

sure did, there just not getting the activation emails, their trying the re-send activation email but thats not working, and signing up with different email addresses but still nothing

I tried 3 or 4 times with a hotmail account yesterday and got no e-mail to inbox or junk. Figured I'd give it 24 hrs and see, but still nothing this morning so put an old gmail address in and got the verification e-mail in seconds. Took about 6 hours to get "approved" - but figure Mods are US based - so think it was fairly early in their Sunday morning...

EDIT - FWIW, I changed my e-mail in the edit profile page rather than signing up under a different username/e-mail combination. That in itself wasn't as straight forward as it could have been - I had to put password in, NOT press enter, tab into e-mail address box, then change e-mail, then save changes. It's what worked for me anyhow!
