anyone using this URO Parts 24118612901PRM Transmission Oil Pan & Filter Kit?
Aluminum with a replaceable filter instead of a plastic one.

Considering how often the filter needs replacing I don't see that feature being all that useful. The advantage to aluminum is that it sheds heat, while plastic doesn't, so it should lower the operating temperature of the tranny.

And takes longer to warm up the oil. Unless you suffer from temperature issues with the gearbox, I don’t see any advantage of this aluminium pan over the plastic one. Indeed when you replace the oil, usually you replace the pan as well, since it has an integrated filter. It’s not too expensive as well (plastic one)

Just to chime in, URO has been absolute garbage for Mercedes, probably BMW, too.

The filter element quality is unknown, in which case I'd stick with OE ZF pan filters.
