NJ inspection "tinted windows"
Does anyone here know of a NJ inspection station that will pass a car with a tinted windshield? It is not too dark, meters at 37% VLT
Thanks Sal |

Tint is not an inspected item in NJ. I have had 15 percent on all of my cars for years with no problem. Even most NJ cops don't care about the tint.

No they will not pass you with a tinted windshield unless there is an 8x8 square cut out for the sticker best bet is take the tint off and get it redone after probably cost the same as paying someone for a sticker
