Help with decision!!
Hi All,
First I want to admit that I very new to this forum but I have been driving a bmw since 2000 and I am about to buy a coupe 328i 2011, I just want to know if anybody is aware that 328i is up to get a new face next year? I know nobody knows that for the fact and I know there were some changes to the body on 2011 for coupe and convertable, however I also read on some pages that 3 series get a new body 2012, could it be true for coupe as well? Thanks |

from most indications the changes for 2012 will be for the sedan and wagon for the 3 series at this point. The coupe and convertible will likely be released a year later after the sedan is released.

I concur but I'd probably not go for a 328i... but that's just me who loves my twin scrolled turboed engine...

BMW will probably release specs on the 2012 328i/335i Coupe in June, as 2012 production starts in September. We are all waiting to determine if there are changes in styling (probably not), color selection (maybe, but probably not), and price - only way to go is up. I would not move on a 2011 until you know all the specs of the 2012 and what incentives, if any, will be offered. Last time to order a 2011 from the factory will probably be mid June.

When will we be able to order the new 2012 sedan here in the US? I am trying to decide on a new car. New X3, pre-owned 335 AWD, or redesigned 2012 C300 4matic. I am tired of looking and can't seem to find a great well taken care of pre-owned 335 AWD....

F30 orders this coming winter with preliminary pricing according to my CA. X3 very popular with a waiting list and no discount pricing. Don't expect the coupe to have any definable changes for another 18-24 months.

Wonder if the 2012 BMW 3 Coupe will come out with some new colors. The present ones are blah compared to other brands, ie Lexus, Nissan and even Chevrolet. Hope the gurus in Munich are monitoring this thread.
