WTB: Bilstein B16 PSS10 or B12 lowering kit for Xdrive
Looking for a set of Bilstein B16 coilovers or B12 lowering kit for my 328 xdrive. Located in Jacksonville, FL.
Would prefer to buy locally, but will pay shipping if further away than 100 mi. |

Ive been running the B14 coilovers for about 1.5-2 years. I’m disappointed with them. If I were to do it again I’d go with KWs.
Note that the B14s and the B16s are not true coilovers. There is only 1 perch for adjustment. The top stays static. What this means is yes the ride height is adjustable, however… the higher the ride height, the more compressed the spring is. I can assure you that the ride is awful if you are not riding on B14s/B16s at 80% or greater drop. Slammed in the front provides the most comfort. I drove for 6 months only lowered 50%. If you don’t have frost heaves and pot holes, then they won’t be bad at all for you. |
