How to put back F33 rollbars
Hello,
This is my first thread in this forum. I have a 2015 435i convertible which was in a small accident and the rollbars jumped out and broke the rear window. Does anyone know how to put them back in place? Any option to do it without going to the dealership? Thank you guys! Alex |

They're explosive charges. They need to be completely replaced. Did they deploy without you rolling over?
I hope you're not some shoddy body shop trying to jury-rig a repair. |

The car was purchased from Insurance Auto Auction, so I have no idea whose fault it was. It sure ain't mine. The dealership gave us a printout of the same link you guys posted. It seems they didn't know more about it, they didn't say anything about explosive charges.

So we did manage to put them back. For anyone who needs to know how - it just needed more strength to put them back, and push them real hard and fast at the end.
