There is a delay when it comes to mybmw.com and the 1-800 number. Have your CA pull your VIR report to get the most up to date information or speak to a BMW NA representative.

Yeah, I spoke with BMW NA representative and was told that the car is out of production and awaiting for the transport.

I just wondering why myBMW still shows "Only new vehicles can be added by production number. If your vehicle is currently in production, it is possible it has not yet entered our system." when I'm trying to register the new vehicle.

Is it because this is a MY2014 328i?

Any of you guys know how I could work-out / guess which boat my car is on? There is quite a good guide on this forum but it is aimed at US forumeners and I cannot find any links to assist.

My car is en route via boat now from Bremerhaven to Mexico (I assume Veracruz but do not know). BMW Mexico does not provide tracking online and the CA does not have access to the boat name.

Suggestions guys?

Yes it is an issue and I had the same problem and had to have BMW webmaster fix my account to add the vehicle.

My car finished production yesterday and is on its way to the port. Now I just hope I make the boat on July 16. Otherwise, the next boat is not for two more weeks.
