Picked this up from a buddy and used it for about a month but I just wasn't feeling it so decided to pass the savings on to someone who will use this. Has a great sound and no codes thrown. I believe that it's been rebranded to VR Performance. Install is fairly straightforward and no modifications needed. It fits on 340i, 440i and M240i. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I'm located in Santa Maria (Santa Barbara County) and would prefer to meet instead of shipping, but I'm not entirely opposed to shipping if I can't sell it locally.
