Rear Headrest

Anyone know how to remove the rear headrest of a 2014 435i? I searched high and low but couldn’t come up with a result specific to this car.

I know I've removed mine from my 335... I think there's a small switch to press in at the bottom of where the posts meet the seat. I might have had to lean the seat forward in order to clear the roof.

I got it. It just comes off easy. I just pulled it off straight up.
