F30 issue

Hi,
I'm driving a euro F30 320i and I'm having a specific problem, and I'd just like to know if this issue is a common issue or not. I presume it is

So, the issue is: when you engage 2nd gear or higher, the engine seems to lose power just on the moment the clutch is released. Then, for a couple of seconds, the gas seems to respond extremely slowly. And, even when you're at high revs.

So, assume you end in 3000 revs, you can plant the gas for 3 seconds, the revs DONT climb, and nothing happens. Then after 3 or more seconds, it picks up very slowly, and THEN all seems OK.

The effect is seen in any gear, except 1st gear.

There is NO indication on the dashboard or infotainment system about any error.

But, TODAY, the engine malfunction light came on, while the problem indeed was there, but no difference than the weeks before.

What I don't get is that there is an obvious error, but the internal system apparently doesn't seem to notice anything off. The issue is there for some weeks (it's holiday season, so mechanics work at 30% of their power now), and before I now have this engine light, there was NO indication from the car itself.
But a noticable issue. Also, sometimes it's just not there. I tried to figure out when not but it seems irregular. When it occurs, it remains until the engine is cold.

What's your idea here ?

This issue was fixed at the dealer - it's some time ago, but it was an electronical issue of some kind.

Some part got replaced.
It wasn't the turbo or such
