Connected Drive Error

Hi, is there a distance limit to track the location of your car. When I am at work and my car is parked on my driveway at home and I try to locate the vehicle it says "vehicle too far away to determine location"

My work place from home is about 6 KM away.

I live 60km from my office and I can track my car. Something is up.
