18X10.5 squared on F30 RWD help

I'm looking to buy a new set of summer wheels as winter is pretty much at an end. Through my long searches I've found a set that I think I fell in love with but unfortunately its a squared set up and not the usual staggered.

The rims I found that I want are 18x10.5 all around. I had 10.5's in the rear before and it used to rub slightly on bumps but those were 20's. I'm sure the back should be ok as the tires have a slight stretch. The fronts however I'm not 100% sure. This wouldn't be an issue if the guy would let me just test fit one rim on the front so I can make sure they clearance is alright but the guy will not let me put a wheel on my car unless I buy the whole set :S I'm just worried that I'm going to bring them home to a disaster of a fitment. The wheels are currently on a E90 sedan. The guy insists they will fit fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I do not believe you can fit a 10.5 up front on the f30. people have made 9.5s "work" but it requires stretched tires and camber. Imagine trying to cram another inch of width under there.

A part of me just died inside seeing those Enkei caps on XXRs.

Those are +20 offset. IDK your suspension setup but I personally wouldn't spend the money or effort to just fit some XXRs. I think you would have to go beyond a roll and pull the body line of the fender

Those tires have a helluva lot more than a "slight" stretch.

Even with that stretch, they won't fit. There's a reason he won't let you test fit them.

Hey there! I'm in the same boat looking for wheels. I found 19" ESR 19x10.5 for all four and wondering if they'll fit on a 2015 328i. Anyone else here have an answer? Offset is +22
