That's cheap for the filter pan and 7L of fluid.
Sometimes takes a while to arrive though.

Yup, 45% today. Should have waited to get the discs
With this kit is it identical to what's on the car? Any tamper type seals on the gearbox that would show a dealer you've had it replaced if you're worried about warranty problems down the line? |

It'll always be easy to tell shiny, sadly. Whether they'd look that closely is another question entirely. I suspect a coat of waxy underseal would help mask anything like that if I was unduly concerned...

The screws securing the pan to the underside of the ZF transmission do not have any anti-tamper seals.

For anyone with the app it looks like it's back to being about as cheap as it's possible to get at £137.88 just now (41% off). It's like ECP with the discounts, just with higher quality parts!
Now, the question for those who have done the multiple fluid flushes; how much fluid did you get through? The kit comes with 7L, but how much extra was needed to get good clean fluid coming out once the TC had been diluted down etc? I've got access to a lift for doing it so as it'll be nice and easy to get it up and level I may as well do it properly. |

Some of the transmission companies that use fluid flushing, rather than drain/fill, use a bolt-in valve block to tap in to the flow and return lines to/from the transmission cooler. Ideally I'd fit one permanently to my transmission but I can't find a place to buy them from.
