So I noticed my reservoir was a tad low, so swung by the dealer and picked up a quart to top off. Rep said it was already pre-mixed and gtg. I trusted but did not verify. So here I am pouring non diluted coolant in, 'twas about a 25 ozs (just shy of the whole qt) that I realized it looked thick so I stopped and inspected to see that in fact it was not diluted. Question is: do you think it's ok? Or should I flush and re do? Thanks for any advice

A quart of straight anti-freeze won't upset anything. A gallon would be a different story.

All you are doing is just increasing the concentration of anti-freeze in the system. BMW already permits higher concentrations up to 60/40, so you're fine.

If you added water, it would be a different story as you would be diluting the anti-freeze concentration.
