Got my final alignment yesterday and they said I couldn't get less than -2.5 camber in the rear because of how low it was. Anyone else have the same issue? I really didn't want that much but maybe it is what it is. it was actually at -2.6 when I brought it in and the tech told me there was little to no room for positive adjustment as soon as he looked at the bushing. I just thought I saw some other people in the thread just as low that were able to get between -1.5 and -2.0.

I just installed H&R coilovers on my 435 x drive. I have them set at the lowest setting currently but will be raising a bit as it scrapes the lip on the slightest bump lol.

I wonder if there's a difference between the f30 and f32?! I ping'd F30_SixSpeed about his -1.5 degree rear camber and he's not using any aftermarket adjustable camber arms.

I was at -2.2 degrees with just KWs coils. We dialed it back to -1.6 degrees with no other aftermarket pieces. I'm on 19s vs your 18s though so technically my drop may no be as aggressive due to the bigger wheels, just a theory though.

I'm really curious. It was a local enthusiast that I tossed $40 to do the alignment on the side, so I'm wondering if I should spend more to get someone else to check or if this is it?

After installing my supersports, I went to a shop and they brought the rears back to -1.7. When I dropped it on KWs and he took the baseline readings it went all the way to -2.5/-2.6, and I felt like I only dropped it maybe another 3/4"...I was really surprised that it gained almost another 1° of camber just from lowering it. The front only gained 0.5°.

I know you said you didn't go all the way down though, and i actually removed the adjustment collars just to get it low enough for the fitment I wanted. I didn't think the overall size was that different between 19s and 18s but if a small amount of lowering changes the camber that much, it might just be that.

That looks great but you are definitely rubbing in the rear running the 10" wide rim and that offset

The offset of the rear is 37, very slight rubbing on some bumpy roads but I haven't gotten aligned yet, so I could always get more camber the rears just a bit

KTDCV is the exception to this post, but my biggest gripe with some wheel companies is that they make a 8.5 inch wide wheel and a 10 inch wide wheel. The idea is to buy a pair of both and have a staggered setup, but the concavity in each are usually noticeably different. Are there many companies that make a 9 inch wide wheels and 10 inch wide wheel of the same style? This is why I see the allure in 437m wheels.

what type/style wheel are you looking for? most people i see are running 8.5/9.5 but even that can have a noticeable difference depending on offsets. 8.5/9 might get you the look you're looking for and still allow a 30mm stagger in tire sizes.

Coming from VW, I tend to lean towards Rotiform's cast line-up, but they only offer 19x8.5 and 19x10. I notice this with other aftermarket manufacturers like Enkei, niche, and AGwheels as well.

Zito Wheels come in 9's and 10's with custom offsets. I got 19x10 rears with 38 offset. They come out just a touch and probably would rub as well.
