You track that M3? It's so clean, I figured it was a show car.

Alfa Romeo 147 1.6 T.S. 16V 120HP (maybe 130+) with:
N-Technology front spoiler/splitter, rear spoiler and stickers (straight from the Alfa 147 Cup)
AST Sportline I coilover suspension
Eibach Anti-roll kit
100 cells racing cat
Cat-back handmade exhaust
Fujita F5 High Performance Air Filter

I am completely satisfied from my car, but i would like to see what the combination of power and rear wheel drive can do.

Probably Alfa Romeo will be back in the U.S.A. in two years with the new (rear wheel drive) 169 and a few years later with the (rear wheel drive too) successor of Brera/159. I am waiting for these models too!

I currently drive a 4Runner and a Chevy Avalanche. My previous car was my beloved '04 STi. I gave that up when I got laid off .

I plan on waiting on the second run of the 135i. I learned that leason from my STi, they made some significant changes the second year.

I drive a 2005 325i and a 2001 Civic. I am currently working out of state, commuting 140 miles each way on the weekends so I'm rolling in the Civic to keep the miles off of the bimmer. Lucky wife. I'll probably wait until the cabrio comes out and trade in the civic.

Daily driver is a 2002 Mercedes C230 - the ccoupe; their version of the 318ti, and equally successful in the US. Have 95k on it, so probably this time next year will be time to change, before the car finally dies on me.

My other car is a 1990 CRX Si (with a zc transplant). Never left me stranded, unlike the Benz, and is much more fun to drive. Hoping that the 135 is a good mix of both cars.

Any pix of your CRX? I had a '87 CRX Si and it was a blast to drive.

Don't have any good ones; will take some and post 'em up soon. It's pretty well setup for autox (though get my ass kicked in SM2 or D Mod because of the swap).

I drove an 87 a couple of years ago; fairly similar to my 2nd gen, but different enough that I wanted to own one of them, too.

They are a pretty inexpensive and I've considered doing the same, but I've noticed that a lot of the bodies are not holding up all that well.

The rear quarterpanels almost always need to be replaced. I've had both sides done once, and one side twice. Other than that, though, generally pretty good. I'm at 175k now, and have done at least two to ten autox events a year on it - they're fairly indestrictible. Even did a road racing event at Pocono, where its lack of top speed (even with the governer removed) made itself known quickly.

But yes, it's worth almost nothing now - you can pick one up in good shape for $1500 - that's about 23 135s!

I need a bigger garage and more money would be nice, too.

There are times that I'm extremely jealous of Jay Leno and his car collection.
