Definitely much room for me for improvement! I'm heading back to Big Willow next week.

Cpatel another option is Auto Club Speedway. The Roundel is pretty fast, but the Infield layout is a little less intimidating. I ran it last month and it was a blast:

Again, lots of room for improvement, and it's humbling to be chasing the little Miatas who are obviously much better drivers than me!

If I'm running on aftermarket wheels, should I throw the stock ones back on for track days? Stocks are lighter + I assume the car is designed to run on the stocks.

It's definitely to your advantage to throw on the lightest wheels with the best rubber. At this point the tires matter more than a few lbs per wheel. Just go with the better rubber with good tread.

However, if you are new to tracking, I wouldn't worry too much about it yet. You goal shouldn't be how to get the car as fast as possible as much as how to get the driver (you) as fast as possible. If you are a beginner, your car currently can outperform you. Start with the driver mod, then go for the car mods.
