Start/Stop
So anyone else had issues with their start/stop? I'll begin by mentioning that I usually turn it off as soon as I get in my car BUT recently it doesn't activate even when I leave it on....which now has me worried that its an underlying issue with the car. I took it for service last Monday and my service manager told me that it could be because the headlamp bulb was out? which didn't make a whole lot of sense to me but he said since it all has to do with the electrical systems that code it was throwing for the headlamp malfunction could very well cause it. A week later and it still isn't working...weather has been fair for the most part in the 70's since I read some threads stating that weather could also affect it.....sooo with that being said anyone have any ideas on that?

Check the battery. The ASS won't work if the voltage level is too low IIRC. I'm surprised the service manager gave you such a crappy reason...

Consider yourself blessed that the ASS is not working...LOL. Worst feature ever. I disabled the ASS via coding and haven't looked back.

I'm going to take it back and have them check it out....as much as I hate the system it worries me simply because my logic is telling me since it doesn't work something else is broken lol..

If there's a legit reason for it to not work then you'll see the slash indicator on the instrument panel when you come to a stop. If you don't see that and it doesn't work something's wrong.
