Which colour for F31?
Hi All,
there are so many amazing pictures @bimmerpost and I'm really not sure which colour I should choose for my new 340i. I have planned to choose mineral grey but at my local dealer I saw this color on a F31 and I find it boring. Maybe it was also the light in the showroom. Now I think about a individual colour. I think about tanzanite blue metallic and champagne quartz metallic. Do you have any idea which colour fits better to a sporty 340i? The champagne quartz has on the pictures many interesting facets, but without sunlight it looks a little bit boring and muddy with a brown tinge. Tanzanite looks really amazing but also very elegant. I thought also about san marino blue metallic, but my wife don't like it. The colour is very jazzy and is excluded. Has somebody more pictures from a tanzanite blue F31 or F30? On a sporty car as M4 or M3 the colour always seems different to me. Thanks in advance |

I'm gonna say stick with your initial choice, but I might be a little biased...

Choosing the exterior color is such a personal decision that only your opinion matters. I am a big fan Glacier Silver ... and San Marino Blue.

champagne quartz looks nicer than the blue, but I would also stick with your original choice of mineral grey. I like dark cars (hence my choice of black) and mineral grey is very close while still providing adequate contrast to show off accent lines, grilles, etc.

I just decided to stay with mineral grey.
Individual colors are not cheap and I don‘t see the benefit. I like Mineral grey but in the showroom of the nearby retailer it looks really boring because of the bad light. In the sunlight the color is really nice and overall I like darker cars! My most favorite colour is Grigio Telesto!! It is amazing |
