Beloved F32 in the garage...got a loaner

68 plate Merc CLS 350D AMG Line.
Have to say but its a lovely car.
Not as good looking externally as my car but lovely inside.
Loads of power.

I really love what Mercedes are doing with their interior's. They just ooze class, even the exteriors of the recent models looks very smooth. Only thing that does annoy me is that they all look exactly the same. C/E/S Class are pretty hard to differentiate for most people. Even the CLS just looks like the CLA or A class. Must admit, when it comes to changing my 4 series I may very well be looking at a C or E class Coupe. That's not for a while yet though!

This is really nice to drive.
It's the 4matic as well.
I don't like the false wood effect inside but the rest of the interior is really nice.
£58k loaner 😄

Got to admit I haven't looked in a new C-Class recently but the last time I did I don't recall the interior being identical to the one in the CLS in the OP! From memory the dash had one of those tablet lookalikes in the middle (stuck-on like an afterthought to me eye!) but could be wrong?

Big difference in quality too. The (admittedly lower spec) Cs that I have sat in have been pretty woeful. E-class/GLE have vastly nicer materials. Still too bling for my taste, but decent quality.

Dammit, now you're going to have me looking at all the CPO CLS 400s coming out the end of the lease pipe over here.
