Been toying with the idea of thinning my herd to make room for something new, so i'm officially putting this Unicorn up for grabs.

Purchased brand new from BMW Northwest, i'm the original owner of this very late build (March '19) touring and only 1 of 99 LCI's made in Estoril, it's certainly one of the last ones the US will see. This F31 was heavily optioned to a $59,380 MSRP. It's basically fully loaded with the exception of THP and ACC. It has black dakota leather w/ oyster piping and aluminum hexagon/gloss black trim.

I've also added some upgrades to enhance it:

• Dinantronics tune ($1000) maintains warranty
• M Performance Big Brake Kit ($3500) red
• Brand New Michelin Pilot Sport 4S ($1300) <1k mi
• IND painted bumper reflectors ($120)
• Red M2 Start/Stop button
• ///M shift insert
• Debadged decklid
• Enabled the usual extra features via BimmerCode app

This car has never been 'modded' or built (ie suspension, wheels, intake, exhaust, etc) and reverted back to stock. How it sits is the extent of what was done. That being said, I may be willing to remove some of the above to adjust the price for a serious buyer. But i'd advise against it because they truly improve the car with zero compromises.

Car currently sits at 19k miles, most of which were racked up on the highway for weekends in Napa/Sonoma. Otherwise it has been garaged it's entire life while my '14 F31 has been used for daily & dog duty. Zero paintwork whatsoever, no stories, not even a door ding. The car is in truly excellent ORIGINAL condition. Regular oil changes, not full length intervals. Am a 20+year CCA member and currently own four BMW's so rest assured the car has been in good hands. This is one of the best, rarest F31's out there. Car is located in the Bay Area

Yes, it was available for the last model year.

Thanks bruh. Doing my part to keep values high lol. Have always wanted to see yours... wish I could have made it to a wagon meet to get some pics with the rarest one of them all! If you swing through Los Gatos lmk

Correct!! I literally bought this one out of FOMO.

I honestly got mine because I saw it at the dealer when I was helping my friend get her mini and it was discounted 15k since it was a BMW financial demo car. I was driving a C43 AMG at the time that had non stop problems and the deal worked out perfectly. I love my car though, probably one of the highest mile 2017's out there but she's been solid since day 1.

Sounds like you scored! Currently have 107k mi on my '14 and it has only needed a software reset for the rear view camera and a new water pump at 100k... and it has not at all had an easy pampered life like my '19. These cars are absolute troopers.

Honestly mine either, I'm at 110k right now and I've driven her decently hard. Had a new water pump at 55k and the brake line clip rattle and that's about it so far as large repairs.

F31s definitely appear to hold values strongly compared to its sedan and coupe counterparts. Even though we wish we could have spec'd B58 F31s here, the B46 is a peach of an engine nonetheless you feel me?! I'm not too far away in San Mateo and I'll let you know if I head down your way.
