F30 Check Engine light and a whack of codes

Hey all. My check engine light cam on so I borrowed a reader and it came up with a whopping 25 codes. I've attached the pdf of the code report. The car seems to be operating normally so I'm not sure what it might be. I'm not super mechanically inclined but reasonable. Does anything in particular stand out on this list of codes? Some of the faults listed, such as the roof and cameras are working fine although they show faults. TIA.

You can fart and have it throw a code. Probably 90% of the time the faults are temporary, which should clear by themselves but they don't. Clear them all, then if the CEL comes on again run the reader to see what came back.
