I own a 2014 bmw 328i xdrive version. With 48000km. I went to Mr Lube to change the engine oil today, but the workers in store told me that I have to change the transmission service oil(349cad) and difference speed oil(139cad/each) for three(back, middle and front). Is that necessarily to do?

No, it's not needed at 48,000km/29,000miles typically 60,000 miles is the sweet spot. Seems they are trying to up sell you. Zf states the interval for the transmission fluid change. Its not lifetime either according to bmw. I trust the makers of the transmission over bmw.

No, that is ridiculous.

That was your first mistake. I wouldn't trust an oil change chain to put air in my tires. Find a well regarded Indy garage that specializes in German cars, develop a relationship.

I can do 2 oil changes by the time the tech pulls my car into the bay. And for less than $40. Time is money so wasting both to me is ridiculous.

And as a car guy my whole life, I've learned that any shop with "Lube" in the name cannot be trusted.
