Video below, you should be able to hear what sounds like a squeaking / bad belt, pulley, or something? Car is 2013 328i N26.

This only happens when the A/C is on. If I turn the A/C off but keep the fan running, the noise goes away. With everything off, no noise.

Any ideas?

Had belt tensioner and accessories belt replacement + timing chain done summer 2020.

Might be normal? I get the same sound with the AC on... goes away when turned off.

Check to see if the sounds are coming from your wives/girlfriends. They tend to whine a lot, more so when they're cold/hungry.

How many miles on your car? Accessory belt and tensioner should be changed every 60k.

Had belt replaced at 80K

This noise is specifically when a/c is on.
