Pretty loaded, don't really know what else you could have optioned on this car. Rare to find a clean M sport AH3 with all major option packages.

I'd love to find a 2015 AH3 loaded like this. I got everything on mine except for the cold weather package which I do not need in Florida.

Too bad the bottom fell out on their value, but it's happened to Hybrids of all brands with Oil at $30 a Barrel.

The original sticker of the car was 65K so yeah I guess you could say the bottom fell out because the car is less than half of original MSRP in 3 years but I'd say it's a really good value and a ton of car for buyers in the used market.

Agree, as BMWFS calculated the residual at over $40k after 36 months.

Unfortunately with most selling with a first number at a 2 instead of a 4, it's quite a car for the money!

Most of the AH3's on the market are not hard loaded M sports either.

Yes, but wholesale on your car loaded with 40k miles is $25k. The last few AH3 not loaded went through Manheim at $20k.

So these did not keep the ~61% residuals BMW expected after 36 months. That said, try buying a 2013 335i loaded the same way that cheap - and the AH3 is a better car.

So it is a great deal for someone who wants all the options at a lower cost.

Auction cars are rough and options matter. Apples to oranges. F3x is not a nice car without good options.

As I have the same car as you (minus $800 sticker heated seats) with slightly over 7k miles compared to your 40k I am very aware of the cars value. Mine is valued at $27k Wholesale.

Again, an AH3 is a great deal for someone who wants a F30 with or without options at a big discount over a 335i as it is a better car.

As the AH3 did NOT hold the residual BMWFS expected, literally every AH3 coming off lease is going to auction, as owners do not want to purchase a car at a residual $10k-$15k over value and even the price BMWFS is offering to dealers is $5k-$10k over value.

Just search the Internet for 2013 AH3 at sites where they give you the carfax reports on the car - and you will see every one has gone through auction.

I've looked at the Manheim Auction Prices Nationwide and they have gone off between $20k in Atlanta to $25k over the last 60 days.

Price drop 29K, this is a bargain on a very clean loaded M sport AH3.

Did not check Nationwide, but for whatever reason, at the Manhiem Highline Auction in Orlando on 6/29, clean 2013-2015 BMWs were going for up to $4k more than they should have (probably due to airbags red tagging so many BMWs).

Regardless, you are correct, that price is a steal based on those estimates.

California Beemers in Southern California has 2 2014 AH3 without 1/2 the options at $35k....even a 2013 with less options for $35k.

Around 85 2013 AH3 on cars.com and again, most all above $29k with far less options. I bet California Beemers would give you $29k.
