Going by the excess mileage charge, it should cost around £11.10 ex. VAT added to the Monthly Rental for every 1000 miles added on.

So 15,000 miles would be around £260 ex. VAT (maybe £250 ex. VAT depending on how it's priced) instead of £180 ex. VAT which is quite an increase.
