Have to check out Ammo. I've met Larry a few times and he seems nice - but I always kinda thought his stuff was overpriced and overhyped. Is it really good and worth it? |

hoyas490 I've been using hydrate to dry the car for over a year. Completely safe, keeps my sealant slick as hell. I have no complaints and it's worth it

Maguires ultimate fast finish, shit is fucking amazing, less that 1/6 the cost of equal products and you can use it on everything from glass to leather. Legit hydrophobic polymer that lasts a long ass time! I got 6 months out of mine. 11$ a can here.

With no real world experience yet, after following a pro detailer on Youtube, this stuff gets rave reviews on almost all! Exterior, interior and even wheels. Can't wait to try.

Literally all you need is Maguires ultimate compound, polish, wax and Fast Finnish and you will have a show car quality finish every single time. Pick a machine buffer up from harbor freight, get good pads and go to work. Thank me later for saving hundreds on bullshit stuff. |

If you're sticking with ProperBimmer's recommendations go with Mequiar's Ultimate paste or liquid wax - usually available at most big box auto parts places & even Walmart.

The point of a sealant is that you don't need wax. Wax is what I used to use before sealants were invented. If the sealant is hydrophobic why do you need to put another hydrophobic on top of it?
