I had scratch on bumper do I got some guys to fix it. But the paint is not blended what should I do? Here’s a pic

Is this glossy clearcoated?
it doesnt look like it
if its clearcoated and it looks like this.. its bad or maybe its matte clearcoat

if its not clearcoated..
clearcoat it and polish it up it may blend in better

i Can’t see a clear reflection on it I think it was clear coated. There are no reflections on should I try polishing it?

Either that picture is really bad or someone used the wrong color paint, big time. It looks like black over silver.

cant really tell from the pics whats really going on..
whether matte clearcoat was used instead of gloss clearcoat
or whether the paint jus tplain doesn't match

If in doubt I'd have the guy redo this work and make sure
1) the paint matches
2) gloss clearcoat was applied

That looks like a hack job. Take it to a reputable body shop.
