How to clean beige seatbelts?

I don't know if it'a available in Spain, but Folex does a great job on upholstery & carpet. http://www.folexcompany.com/folex-facts/
You also might try some Woolite & water solution with a soft brush.

Best way of old, pull the seatbelt out and use clothes pegs to hold it out, washing up bowl of warm clothing detergent, dump it all in that and keep it soaking, then when clean after agitation with a toothbrush as required, rinse until water runs clean and allow to dry on top of a towel but being plastic should not take long. Watch the detergent and leather! Good luck.
