very valid concerns, I remember wife's 2013 F30 drove pretty much how you described above - I have an LCI 2016 F30 and most of these are now almost gone with the LCI revised suspension

it sounds like -if you are keeping this car- you could invest in a suspension setup , but if you wanted to retain some comfort driveability maybe look into Koni FSD dampers.. you could also check with indy BMW/ high end shops for input.. there's some good shops in NJ

Suspension feels makes the biggest difference..If it's shitty you just can't over it. I also have a 2016 is350 f sport and the car is just not stiff enough even sport plus mode. When I drive the 340i m sport I can feel the difference in power and feel.
