Bilstein B8 + H&R Feedback?
Hello All,
Is anyone running Bilstein B8 shocks and H&R springs (Sport or Super Sport)? If so, please share any feedback you may have. Thanks!!

I personally love the combination and I only have done the rears. I intend to do the fronts too eventually, but for now it's a really fantastic improvement over just H&R springs, which left my car bouncing around really bad.

Yeah I've heard they are all back ordered as well. My other concern is that the B14's won't go low enough as I keep reading that but says almost full 2" at 50mm. I have 437Ms and want right over the tires measuring 235/35R19 and 265/30R19. Any ideas if should be okay to get down low on those?

The combo's quite firm for regular roads, but a whole lot less harsh than coilovers. Had the setup for a few days now, and the wife haven't noticed a difference which is my main requirement.
On longer drives, you may notice a more fatigue. Road feel is increased and there's not enough bolster in the seat to keep my body from moving around, but YMMV on this one. It's either that or I'm always bracing myself for bumps in the road. Last edited by Sam!; 03-11-2019 at 08:09 AM.. |
