Newbie to the F34, Here is my build and info....NICEEE

Hello folks. I have been in the X3 forums for the past 2.8 years, and before that the X5's, and then even before that the E90 forums as well. So as I'm not new to Bimmerpost and I would like to cordially introduce myself in the F34 forums.

SO coming off my X3 I wanted something new and refreshing. It had to be fast and haul as$, it had to be sleek, it had to be spacious, but yet exclusive. As for the same reasons many of you came over to the F34, I think we all share some similarities. The GT is just a very well balanced car that is not over priced, looks great, and it seems to mark all the check boxes that I'm looking for in the current stage of my life.

Little bit about me, 31, born and raised in Brooklyn NY. Have a wife, 2 kids, 3 and 1. I'm a literary agent for book publishing, always trying to find the next best author. I also own a decent stake in a vaporizer company out in WA State, Kung Fu Vapes Inc; so you can say I'm in the ancillary end of the Cannabis industry, and I LOVE the stock market. I "day" trade the Asian markets at night and sometimes trade the S&P Mini futures in the mornings

Yes I smoke weed, read a lot of books and drive fast BMW's.

2016 335i xDrive GT

Mineral Grey over Coral Red with Burl Walnut trim

M Sport with the 19" Rims style 598M, should come with pirelli runflats, 255/40/19 in the rear and 225/45/19 in the front. LOVE STAGGERED

Driver Assistance

Dynamic Handling Pack (DHP) w/ adaptive M suspension

Technology Pack

Heated Front Seats

Side and Top Cams

Debadged

MSRP $61,645 (Wholesale $57,365), if anyone is curious)

Keep in mind a lot of things are standard now for the 2016 GT, specifically the 335i, such as lighting and premium.

I just got my production number today. I should have it by Nov 1st to Nov 20th is my best guess. Production starts on Monday. Woot Woot!!

My total out of pocket expense is $3500 down and the monthly payment is $545. YES I KNOW, crazy good price. But I always find the hook up. The dealer that the car will be delivered to is BMW of Newton in NJ, although I went through a lease broker not a stealership.

I believe we did 3 or 4 MSD's.

MOD LIST IN ORDER

By December/ Dinan Shockware $450 w/install

By Jan/ Active Autowerke tune and intake or maybe RaceChip, maybe an Enzo tune, not sure, lol $600-$1000

By Jan/ Front grill plastidipped in Satin Black

by Feb/ Window tint, 5% Limo in the rear, 20% up front, 60% windshield $375

by April/ H&R lowering springs dropped a min 1 inch all around, pref 2.5 inches $500

by April/ Wheel Spacers 12 up front and 15 in the rear $500

Congrats. Can you give a exact breakdown to show how you get to your payment?

I can't give an exact breakdown because I have not seen all of the paperwork. The trick here is that I didn't go directly through a dealer. I had a broker do it so I can get the best deal. Think of a lease broker kind of like a real estate agent you give them exactly what you're looking for and the price and they'll find your car for you, if they can't find it then they'll build it outright. I get the best lease prices anywhere I tried to help people on the forums but they don't believe me for some reason. Same with bimmerfest.com.

Congrats man and welcome to this little island of F34 Lovers.
I also got a great deal on my 335 going thru a friend that works at BMW.
Cant wait to see your car!

For your mods, may I suggest doing black kidney grills? - I lease too so I ended up wrapping mine with 3M vinyl and they look AMAZING!

here is a link to my GT:

I am familiar with leasing brokers. I would just like to see the breakdown to find out how you got that monthly. From what you show it doesnt add up. If those are real numbers i want to use them so i can get the same deal.

You should DEF use them. They deal worldwide. The MF is practically ZERO. Don't worry about your calculator and how they did the deal. That will be a mind Fuc k for you.... These people PROMISE BMW NA that they will deliver an insane amount of BMW's every month. Thus lowering their cost, thus lowering mine and your cost. Trust me put the calculator away, dont think about MF, residual, cap cost reduction, MSD's, etc etc. PM for details...

AND DONT EVER ?? if those are real numbers, I'M NOOOOO LIAR

Thanks

Sounds like you have some nice mods coming ... I will say however that the tint seems a little dark, especially the windshield LOL.

*** personal opinion ONLY, I'd don't want to come off judging. I run 20% all around (minus the windshield).

Well some like it darker than others. Personally for me I love dark tints. It's sooo private and it gives my kids a good excuse to pass out and the sun never bothers them, ever. I would get 20% on the back like my X3, but with the red seats, I will be comfortable with Limo, 5%. Black seats make a HUGE diff. The windshield, maybe I'll do 70%, most aiming at 60%. If you never had your windshield tinted, you have no idea what you are missing. It's so bad as$ and looks awesome from the inside and out.

Not calling you a liar. Numbers never lie. Either it adds up or it doesnt. I was asking because you got a good deal and would like to find out how the numbers make it that way. I am in California originally from Brooklyn and know a few leasing brokers out there. I spoke to one to find out what kind of deal they can get on a 3GT and it doesnt come close to yours. Again if you have a order form or something that breaks down how you got to that payment and want to share that would be great.

Great pictures. Thanks for sharing? Could you post your #s? Let's share and see if you really did get a good deal.

And I agree #'s don't lie. And we won't be confused. Some of us do like math!
